Well bike is back and running a treat. Faulty battery by all accounts. Onto the next issue. The bike won't connect to the trek central or TQ app. Both apps recognise the bike but won't connect??

Cables are pretty well secured from what I can see. They pass through some internal tubing and even the fmdropper cable is secured in a plastic tray under the battery. It cold well be some of the connections coming off the " smart box" or the 2 connections at the back of the screen. All...

Hey Guys. Having an issue with my EXe 8. First noticed it was only after charging to 97% the day before a ride. Charger was flashing red. Plugged it out and back in still flashed red. Left it over night and it fully charged with a solid green light. Happy days. Rode the bike down to 5%...
