Oh yeah I forgot about that. Orbea make a replacement headset top piece which allows the use of regular stem spacers and stems, so was able to use the shotgun pro with my headset routed cables.
Unsure if Cube do they same?
Going off the route I did, absoloutely. They were brutal climbs, atleast 2 of them you couldnt even push the bike up, it was bike on the back type of stuff. Would not reccomend doing it alone either.
The Four passes is pretty brutal, did the route shown by Trail Finder on YouTube on my normal bike.
Way too much Hike a Bike for Ebikes, although one of the best routes i've ridden.
I think EMBN did a version on ebikes with Adam Brayton, although I couldnt find a GPX route for it.
Yes, I passed it though the rear chain stay first.
I only removed the motor cover. I slid the brake hose over the gear cable which acted as a guide.
After a few attempts and a few wiggles it finally came up.
Is anyone a using a 220mm rear rotor/disc on the wild?
Installed one to my alloy Wild via a centre lock adapter and it too close to the frame. Unsure if it's the use of a center lock adapter or not.
They are slightly thicker 2.3mm discs, so that doesn't help either.
Interesting to see how/if you are able to get this to work. I have asked Orbea about a motor cover that would allow fitting the connect module, and got the below response.
Keep up posted on how you get on! Good luck.
I have changed the rear brake hose and didnt have to drop the motor.
The way i did it was cut the orginal hose at the lever end and pulled it out.
Then pushed the new hose through the rear chain stays and it comes out in the motor area. (it has an inframe tube/guide for the chainstay)
Then I...
