Got the oneup carbon bars on my bike now as well. Definately lighter then the stock alum bars. I don't really notice the damping it does maybe cause my old bikes had carbon bars as well.

My Trance X E 23' got battery error at around 600+km, removing battery and putting it back in wasnt any help. The store said there was a fast update (which I doubt cause firmware/software was same) but its been working since. Another that I ride with has same model and so far no issues past...

I got mine sitting in a bag thats the same material used for my lipo batteries but I'm not too concerned about the bike batteries, The Lipos though are in the lipo bag and ammo cases.

I like running higher settings too but at 3 setting I can actually pedal the bike faster then 32km/h, any higher and there's too much motor resistance pulling the speed back down to 32km so annoying.

Was going to add if you are planning to keep it more then 2 years then at least you can get the motor repaired through 3rd party if giant won't repair it. As you can get bearings/motor parts for it. Where as Shimano is just bearings and from what I read that's all you can get past warranty...

The YT bikes look great for the parts and price but the Shimano motor is lacking for repairing in that department. Also battery it comes with looks lower Bosch's motor look best all around and you can repair the motor too if you if wanted or at least parts look more readily available. The Trek...
