    Nobby Nic Sealant leak?.

Thanks for the replies fellas. Spent Friday at BikeParkWales and the bike got a fair old hammering. Result is that the 'damp patches' (ooer missus) have increased exponentially. At this rate the spare room is going to fill up with Stan's sealant fairly soon. Tyre still holding pressure...

    Nobby Nic Sealant leak?.

The main thing is that my tyre still works! Although to be on the safe side I am going to bung some more sealant in tomorrow..

    Nobby Nic Sealant leak?.

Also of interest is why it took several months before these leaks/punctures were noticeable?

    Nobby Nic Sealant leak?.

I might just dunk wheel in some water to see what happens out of interest. I can't see that these are all punctures, although I do seem to be a lot heavier on the rear wheel on the ebike compared to my 'normal' mtb. I've also just changed to flatties instead of clipless pedals so I am tending...

    Nobby Nic Sealant leak?.

Cheers! I'll just live with it as tyre performance seems unaffected...and still got a lot of 'normal' stan's sealant left.

    Nobby Nic Sealant leak?.

I have a schwalbe Nobby Nic on the rear of my Cube Hybrid Race. I converted it to tubeless shortly after getting the bike about six months ago. Recently I have getting a lot of oily patches on the tyre carcass (particularly the tread and to a lesser extent the sidewall). The only thing I can...

Hi all, just got in from Cwmcarn

Glad you like the bike! How are the trails at Cwmcarn running? Looking at going myself in the near future. I haven't ridden there for years and that was on a 'normal' bike..

How was your ride, in one picture and one line?

Cwm Rhaedr in Wales.... 2.7k fireroad ascent in turbo, 4k single-track back to start. Repeat repeatedly (?) until battery flat. It's what ebikes were invented for!

    Cadair Idris...

Anybody done this on an ebike? I walked it years ago but can't remember anything about it! I know it's do-able on a normal MTB (not sure how much get off and pushing involved), just that I fancy a 'mountain day out' as opposed to trail centre bashing... Ta Rich

are single pot brakes ok for an ebike ? (xt m8000 )

Currently running Magura MT4 2pots on a Cube160. Described in the Magura blurb as 'suitable for ebikes up to 22.5 kph'. I had my doubts as I'm used to Hope 4 pots on my analogue bike, also the Magura discs blued up from heat on a couple of big Exmoor descents. However they didn't fade and the...

    New Emtb'er - what a hoot!

Hi All, I bought my first MTB (alpinestars Cro-mega!) back in the flourescent late 80's. Since then I've done a lot of serious audaxing as well as standard MTB fare. Don't know if I overdid it because over the past few years I've hardly got out and got a bit jaded with the whole cycling thing...
