I had the same problem with the saddle that came with my bike I went to Halfords and found one with good padding in the saddles and they sell a good range it's worth checking

hi mate thanks for the help ive measured it the best i can and the measurement you said about top left where in the diagram it says 16.1 mine were 11 mm cog side and 12 mm non cog side hope thats helpfull this whole Q factor seems very complicated to me tbh lol:)
