New member and new to EMTB. I have a new 2022 turbo Levo carbon comp and have the same turtle message. Is there anyway to update the firmware without having to take it back to dealer? Doesn’t make a lot of sense Specialized wouldn’t allow its owners to conduct the firmware update themselves...
