Checking in to see if this has occurred a third or more times for you. I just dropped mine by the shop after addressing the loosening bolt over 7 times. Lower shock bolt can be torqued to 15nm and the play disappears to the simply "pick up by the seat" test but I can hold the rear wheel down...
