Yes sir, I purchased mine in Phoenix. Two hour drive. I'll chat with the mechanics at Absolute and see if they can help. Tempted to spend the $99 bucks on new Orbea harness, and swap that out. See if that's the issue. If it's battery, that's probably best warranted by dealer.

I did it with my EP801RS and it works great.

eMax is the way to go for the EP801. I have many hours using this and it works, no error codes, and you can reset to factory settings if you need warranty or service. And now, no remote session required in latest versions for Windows :)

Firmware update - update: I picked up my Shuttle SL yesterday after the firmware was updated and after one ride last night it seems to have resolved the random sleep mode issues and the mph is now limited to 20 as it should be. I'll do a longer ride today and post an update here if anything...

I talked to HQ and It's probably a bushing issue in the Fuzua motor. I would talk to your dealer, let the know this bushing is not supposed to have any play (allowing flex). That can cause the creaking sound when you pedal.

Yep! Sorry I didn't word my update well, but the bike is supposed to be faster per HQ testing (only a couple hours of testing). What we find in the field is what matters though.

UPDATE: My Shuttle SL firmware has been updated! I haven't had a chance to test it yet, but HQ said it should fix the sleep mode and the mph cut off issues. Maybe check with your dealers and see if they have the update yet? I'll share the results of test rides next week. Please do the same...

I spent a couple hours at the headquarters yesterday, and so far, nothing new other than the "expected" firmware update to fix these issues is still Friday 10/7. So hopefully there is an announcement this Friday. I confirmed the same information with Fazua Support as well. Fingers crossed!
