Thanks Andy. When you say "raised a support ticket" do you have a connection to Giant's support service that most of us don't, or are we all able to raise a ticket in the same way? It'd be worth everybody doing the same if we can.

I'm adding myself to this thread too. Got all excited that my '21 Trance could send power data to my new Fenix, but the numbers are garbage. Would love to know if someone finds a solution.

Hi Jochen, My mudguards are the MuckyNutz Mugguard ones. MugGuard - MTB Mud Guard made from 100% recycled plastic! Short at the front and long at the rear. I attached them with zip-ties and it was quite simple. I didn't need to modify the guards at all. I'm really pleased with how they fit and...

I've got a 2021 Trance with effectively the same Maestro rear suspension design. I've fitted Mucky Nutz MugGuards to mine. Long at the rear to protect the suspension and a short one at the front to protect my face. I'm really happy with them. They don't change the bike's silhouette too much...
