Got this message in my mail today:
Dear Haibike customer,
You are receiving this information from WINORA-STAIGER GmbH on the basis of your existing eConnect registration as part of our contractually relevant communication in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR. We will discontinue the...
Lapierre's Overvolt GLP 3 ticks all your boxes.
If you're patient a new model including SRAM Transmission, Reverb AXS & 800Wh battery will be out soon 👍
If you're tighter on budget, have a look at Haibike's Nduro range.
As others have stated: try and test out different models of you can.
I wasn't planning on installing the Flow app at all until I read this.
So basically I have to
1) Install Bosch Flow app and connect the bike
2) Change settings for Race Mode and exit app
3) Install the chip
4) Go ride without ever touching the Flow app?
Is that correct? Or do I need to...
I have no scientific data to back that up.
I work at an LBS and in my experience Bosch and Yama have the least issues - and if there are issues they offer the best service.
My dilemma is VOLspeed vs Peartune MSO 4.0 for Bosch Smart system (non-rim-magnet).
Speedbox is not on my shortlist (I need 35kph+)
Which one would you advise and why?
Our group likes to race, so we use the highest possible setting.
I for one am selling my Shitmano bike, because even after tuning with the ETUBE app the EP8 is disappointingly underwhelming when racing up hills. It's like it runs out of power after a while. At walking speed it's alright...
Thanks for the good read!
They describe exactly ehat I mean: EP8 power decreases as more force goes into the pedals. On my local trail theres a couple of steep dunes with an incline at the end and the EP8 just about gives up - be it at a cadence of 60, 70, 80 or 90. I do not want that anymore...
I really don't want to hijack this thread :geek: but yes I have finetuned using ETUBE. I have also derestricted with the Race Mod from Ebike Plus. It's still underpowered, even compared to a PW-X2. The EP8 seems to loose grunt when racing up long climbs...
Therefore I would like to know how...
Currently riding an enduro rig with the EP8 and I am vastly disappointed the Shimano's power ouput.
Can anyone compare the PW-X3 with the EP8?
I am interested in this monter Nduro 8 Freeride; but I do want some grunt from the motor.
Thanks in advance
There's a topic a couple of posts down:

The answer to your question is in there 🙂
