I think lot of us have 203 rear disc without issues. Mine is correctly aligned with shimano adapter with centerlock disc. Maybe they changed something on 2023 model and is your hydro or carbon?
Thats a good point if you have 360wh battery. And maybe to OP here I would consider either 540wh or 360wh with extender. I have Rise H with 540wh battery and I have no issues with FF bikes with 630wh batteries.
Without feeling different, did you also unlock the output power (at the top of torque)? It's completely different motor after that. Best thing is you can setup to standard ep8rs output for eco and trail and then get the fullfat power only on boost. So barely use more battery on standard riding...

I bent pedal axle and crank at the same time with Rise. Just go for the XT cranks, you get other benefits as well (like shorter lenght and it also stays in place for sure).

Based on pictures hydro may have tiny bit more material vs the carbon one but I would image cascade would have tried it. Original links are same but here the shape is little bit different.
No difference in needed cadence to stock FF EP8, when you configure same settings on both. Actually on Rise it feels bit more, since bike itself is so light.
You can make also standard EP8 feel like RS, just by using RS config there.

It's underneath that cover. Cover has threads and twits out from there. Sometimes it gets bit stuck and use pliers to help it out. Do not use any violence or extra force.
I think the reason for cranks getting lose can be also related to aluminium type used, pinch bolt material etc. Also spindle is not the same strength across, too many factors to fully understand it. 😅
I had exactly same thoughts when I swapped my cranks. I wonder if its a combination of cranks gettin lose, slowly moving towards outside which with long bolts causes stress to spindle.
I wouldnt start arguing with those kind of evidences because weight limit and motor torque are two completely different variables in that math. My point just is that it has never happened because of motor torque.
