Li-Ion batteries typically have a discharge rate of 1.5-5% a month depending on the temp where the battery is stored. These bikes are draining 1-2% a day on a shop floor at room temp, definitely something wrong there.
Just for some context, I charged my spare battery to 50% 5 months ago and...
Spesh is just trying to clear out inventory, almost all their bikes are on sale right now. There’s some crazy deals going on, I’m looking at the S-works stumpjumer for 50% off!
Anyone using a shed/summer house as a bike shop/storage? I’m looking at either having one built or buying a flat pack cabin and building it myself. Just trying to get some rough ideas on what size to go with, I’m thinking 5mx3m but not sure.
my 2 year old son just doesn’t seem to like anything that moves, he’s got one of those cars that you sit on and push around with your feet. He’ll sit on it and push the buttons that make noise and look all happy but as soon as you try to move it he freaks out and jumps off of it.
My 9 month old...
I spent £350 on the Kids Ride Shotgun with the magura brake and my son hates it🤣😂 he freaks out on anything that moves. We rode the mini train at the park last week and he screamed the whole 3 min ride.
Check the red sleeve thing that goes into the frame that the derailleur bolt goes through. I’ve seen a similar issue and that sleeve was cracked causing the derailleur to wobble.
FWIW, I’m dropping a brand new never been ridden 2023 X2 off in the post today to be exchanged for a new 2024. All they asked for was a receipt for the purchase of the frame the shock came on.
Same as when the 38s came out, they had the limited edition pistachio colour. My mate has a set of those lowers that have never been used, he swapped them out for black back when he first got his 38. He’s been offered pretty crazy money for them but won’t sell them.
I chatted with TF Tuned this morning about the X2 cartridge, it’s a direct replacement for the current grip 2 cartridge. It’s expensive though, they’re saying £450 for the 38 version. I’d rather get a custom tune done, it’s cheaper and would probably have better results than what your average...
Just list them for sale over retail and make some money, I’ve been offered £200 more than what I paid for mine and they’re slightly used. I rarely sell stuff though so mine will probably just sit on the shelf along with all the other random parts I’ve tried or swapped out.
