For me the motor is to get me to the top for more downs. With 180mm front I haven't struggled on anything tech yet but the front end definately feels lighter

Try wax and see if it goes away... The idler is an extra piece of toothed metal introduced into the system over a conventional design. I've noticed as the wax wears off I get some noise when hard pedalling but once replied, it's gone

Nice build 🔥, I'm running a kmc flat top chain on t-type drive train and it's mint. I've found using squirt chain wax quietens the drive train down significantly. My bike is very quiet now
