Hi there I have a Giant e Bike with the yamaha PW x2 i think. I am sending it away for service but cannot get the cranks removed. The allen screw has come out easily but do i need to buy a special puller to get the cranks off so I can access all the screws to remove the motor. Happy to buy one...
