My bike was bought September 2019, so 33months old, given Specialized extended 2019 bikes to 4 years warranty I believe I have a further 15 months warranty remaining no matter what new parts are fitted under warranty 😢 Be much better if it was a rolling warranty on any replacement parts 🤔

I'm just mega happy 😊 I'm able to ride again and 3 days ain't bad as it did include getting the motor shipped in 😉 and a day of rest. Just wish the motor had a newer manufacturer date... but hey-hoo its still got 15months warranty remaining , best get some miles in now over summer.

@Denpot29 I have the same issue, it only started today.:eek: Did you get your motor replaced ? I only ask as my Levo has just started making exactly the same horrendous noise when I pedal. Gutted as it's been faultless since new. Who did you contact for support regarding this issue...

I've had to replace my rear Rovalon my Levo due to the freehub splitting. Not happy since only ride 200km. Anyhow bought a Hope Fortus 30 rear wheel and it fitted perfectly, no issues with the magnet ;)

I have the Buzz Rack eScorpion2, spot on for 2 ebikes, Levo XL fits a treat.;);)

Yep all pads are fully removable , But I only remove them for washing the jacket I opted for a thicker back pad as wanted more spine protection when snowboarding ? ;)
