Hi Everyone
Well, after coming off for the first time in years (ran out of talent) I think it is now time to invest in some knee and elbow pads. Never had any before but my SL is getting me in to trouble now.
Actually, I am getting in trouble on it, can‘t blame the SL!!
Anyway - very new to...
Hi Everyone - well the SL Comp is now here, the Whyte has been sold and it‘s on to a new chapter.
I’ve done a few rides (light trail) on the SL now and it’s very impressive. Much preferring the lighter, smaller size too (size L frame rather than the XL I had on the Whyte).
Feels more nimble...
Hi Everyone. Picking up my new SL Comp (alloy) on Saturday and wondered if the sicomtb mudguards (front and rear) are still the go-to or if there is anything better / different for the SL now?
I’ve also ordered Matt invisiframe kit for it, any tips or anything specific I should know to the SL...
Excellent stuff, as that is exactly the word (tractor) that I used with my wife when I first got the Whyte E150 - it feels like it will plough through or over anything but lacked the MTB pop/flick/fun that i’d been used to.
Less than a week to go now until I pick up my SL.. have even ordered...
Thanks for all the advice everyone. I actually managed to go and see a Levo SL yesterday (Comp, in the red I like) and in my size (L). Had a bit of time on it and loved it.
So much so they did me a cracking deal and I get it next Saturday!
Luckily they did also have a Orbea Rise H30 in XL...
I actually feel slightly the opposite - after getting my first emtb (Whyte E150RS) after a nice lightweight carbon Lapierre full susser I do miss the lightness, chuckability and ease of moving it around. That's not to say the Whyte is bad in any respect, it's much more my own preference. I tend...

Description Hi Everyone
I’m putting my Whyte E150 RS up for sale. This is the 29er version (V2)...
That’s a bit how I feel about my Whyte - too big, cumbersome and heavy to be fun. I really enjoy riding a bike and a bit of effort going in is fine too.
This is really helpful, thank you. I’d consider myself to be medium-fit. Don‘t laugh but we do have a Peloton too and I use it for year-round cardio pretty much daily so I don’t tend to lean on the motor in my E150 that much at all.
I also don’t have friends with ebikes either - they all have...
Thanks. Yes I did wonder if it’s just the 29s but hard to tell. I’ve never really properly thought about derestricting because of warranty, illegality etc but I think I’m talking myself into something just lighter to handle generally. Will give it some more thought.
