New to this and as I’m riding through a lot of mud and loose gravel I’m beginning to see the benefits of mudguards, esp one that can be taken off when I don’t want it. I think Ill order this one , but is there a good performing equivalent for the rear that doesn’t look terrible?

If you can afford it, then buy the one you really want and rationalise it later. Otherwise you'll look at your bike every morning and think "I wish I'd bought..." A spare set of wheels with different tyres could be purchased when necessary. Do it do do it... You know you want to :whistle:

Awesome, I've bought a small ladies pink vest and a basket for the front which will be a strong look for me out on the trails. Also enough left hand cranks to keep the next 3 generations of my family pedalling in circles :)
