    Gen 4 lockring removal.

    Evening, I have the correct tool to remove the lockring on the gen 4 and I understand I have to undo clockwise, but the whole chain ring spins. It doesn’t lock into place how do I stop it spinning so I can unlock the lockring?

    Interesting. Mine is currently in the shop, for a 513, after displaying a 503. They are ordering battery and motor. But were unaware of the battery block which I have asked them to order. Hopefully won’t take too long.

    Whyte e160s motor removal.

    Is it easy to get to where the cables connect. The sensor and magnet look fine so want to check the fitting internally make sure its not loose.

    Resurrecting this thread, is it possible to reduce the stroke length of the topaz 3? I would like one on my Whyte but I need a 230 eye to eye and 57.5 stroke length. The one I’ve seen is 60mm

    I want to upgrade the rear shock on my 2023 e160s. But odd sizing 230x57.5 apparently this is extremely difficult to find! Could I go 230x60 easily would I need to do anything?

    So when my chainguide shat itself, I noticed that the crank arms are slightly wobbly - which may have caused the chainguide to break . how do I tighten the crank arms up?
