Has anyone use the speedbox speed delimiter for the EP8? Any issues?

Doesnt this top clamp look too small? Severe angle needed for the front screw to fit, which I think is why the seat popped off in the middle of a ride.

Check your seat clamps! I was riding my MetaPower (Signature) today down a fast sweeper when I heard a loud metal CLANG. I thought Wtf was that? Well I Iooked back to see my seat and both clamps sitting in the middle of the trail! Damn thing just popped off. Luckily (!!) I was up on the pedals...

Riding Eco in my area is not an option. Why use a 55 lb ebike in Eco to crawl up steep slopes when I can use a 30 lb carbon Santa Cruz analog? I am always in Trail, and lately Boost mode. For my relatively short high intensity local rides I have had no issues with battery life. But I agree with...

Yes depends on your riding. It would have saved me a scrape to two already. Have never seen anyone riding with them and the trails are super populated down here

You still get the evil eye here in SoCal. In fact ebikes remain "illegal" on most of OC trails. However I see more and more people riding them so lots of outlaws down here. :cool:

Well you can still buy a new 2018 Race 29 from Commencal for $3999, so quite a bit less than that I would imagine.
