12 months on a Trek Rail

2022 Trek Rail 9.8XT Just over 12 months on my first EMTB and what a brilliant time it has been. I've done plenty more riding than I would have done on a normal MTB and I'm so happy that I purchased it (even at full RRP). The Bosch smart system has been faultless as has the whole bike. Never...

    Bosch Smart system - Lights?

Hello all, I know on the previous Purion/Kiox (non smart) version of Bosch bikes you had to get the dealer to enable the front light option. My question is on the newer smart system can you enable the light setting within the flow app or do you need the dealer/LBS? Thanks

    Kiox 300 - Personalise Screens

I see on the previous version of Kiox you can adjust the data and screens to your liking. On the Kiox 300 it looks as though all you can change is what displays on the top bar (battery, time or speed) would be nice if you could configure your own screens to display what you like together...

Review Fox Ranger Windbloc Fire Vest

Product Image: Product name: Fox Ranger Windbloc Fire Vest Price paid: £65 Score (out of 10): 8 Review: I picked this up on a sale as I was looking for a winter only vest. The windbloc vest is well made and constructed typical of Fox clothing. It is very warm, almost too warm for...

    Do I need riser bars?

How do you decide if its worthwhile? Currently 5'10 on a Med Rail 9.8XT with 452mm reach. Standard Bontrager bars are 27.5mm rise cut to 770mm width. Have 30mm spacers under the stem, stem is 35mm. I have discomfort in my hands on longer rides (2 hours plus) and gets especially bad on downhill...

Rail (750Wh) Bosch Smart system Query

Hello all, When I finish a ride in the flow app it files itself under “statistics” now is it just me or should it show how many km/miles you rode in each mode during the ride? I have elevation, speed, cadence and power. Thought it would know how far on each mode for each ride? Thanks

    Trek Rail - Frame wrap?

Hi Guys, my 9.8 doesn't arrive for a few months yet but am interested in how many of you have frame wrap kits installed. Ive read the paint can be easy to damage on trek's. I'm looking at a tailored kit from "ride wrap", but interested to hear others options on decent protection. Thanks
