I pretty much only use Auto now. Only seems to use an extra few km range, not much. Overall a nicer mode, I find im not having to switch modes, Auto seems to sense pretty well whats needed.

Just a Muc-off wash/cleaner to de grease, wash off and a Muc-off wet lube and then wipe down the chain of excess lube.
