10 speed Linkglide ? Cheap , durable. If a 43T first gear is useless for your commute , can you go a bigger chainring ? I had a 40T chainring and ten speed 11 - 42 cassette on my old BBSHD bike

It's looking like we wont get the Q2 recap this round. Wyn Masters reported that there was nothing on site as there had been at the previous rounds. I'm guessing the XC took up some resources. As we know , nothing is ever certain with WB running the show , whether its changing the time gaps...

Watching Q2 now , I've gotta say , the drone shot chasing the riders at the top is fantastic! It's a shame a couple of the other cameramen seem to have eaten some special mushrooms they found in the forest. It's getting better .....slowly. :)

Whether he's 100% healthy and fit or not , the level is so high now that I feel he's been left behind. Love his style and I'd love to see him return to form as much as anyone , but even if you're 5 second off the pace these days , you're not making Q2!

Shame about the weather , gave us some wild moments but made for a worse race IMO. Great to see Richie and Maes put down solid runs , weird that Hattie and Vali didn't deliver some magic though. Overall , an odd race to kick off the year !
