The door latch can be opened if it brushes up against something which is a horrible design. Once open and the cranks are spinning say goodbye to the door.

Good because i'm on my 2nd door replacement now. I will say it has not been an issue getting the replacement part in from the dealer but until the new design comes out it's going to just continue to happen. Otherwise the bike has been great.

appreciate the response and have a new door coming in. My question is more to do w/ how to further secure when I put the new one on so it doesn't happen again.
