100% agree. I'm really starting to wonder how long it's actually going to take bike companies to nail this whole ebike thing. We seem to be spending £5k on bikes which we're fully expecting to break down at some point.
I'm going from Sram Code R"s to Magura MT7's and when offering up the Magura caliper it looked like it would work with no alteration. We might have different set ups so not sure how helpful this is. All I know is that they're going to be night and day better because I have MT7's on my ebike and...
My 160tm has this knocking noise but it sounds more like its coming from the forks or further forward than the shock. Will muck about with foam and stuff round the battery and see what hapoens.
Preferably one that's under £200.

Night and day difference. So much more power that when I switch between bikes I usually nearly send myself over the bars by grabbing a fistful of brake. Would dearly love to get them on my non eeb.
I've got the 160tm with Magura MT7's on it and they're bloody amazing brakes. Literally stop on a dime stuff. Did the 140tm not come with the same? Agree that the saddle is horrendous and swapped mine out for a Charge Spoon. Far more comfy.
I agree that Cube bikes tend to come up a bit smaller. I looked at the geometry of mine, went for a large but still found it a bit too short for me so ended up changing the stem and bars to make it a longer reach. Mind you this was a mountain bike not a trekking bike.
