Hello. can you attach another picture, cross view?

Hello also my bike (Scott Genius eRide 900 - 2020) has a horrible popping sound in the engine, crank or frame. The mechanic examined the matter and found no fault, the bearings are ok. Popping occurs every time the right pedal is pressed above 170 watts. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
