    E02000 error code

More than few of my riding buddies got Rises and it feels that we are a good testing ground for Orbea. Subset of us had broken spokes, falling pedals, cracked chain stays, and almost any other issue mentioned on this forum. The latest issue two bikes suffered from is E02000 (Communication error...

    Add integrated light to Rise?

You will need to enable it in firmware too. By default there is no power going to the ports. There are detailed steps shared on "Orbea Rise" group on Facebook.

    Creaking main pivot

@RickBullotta, few members of Orbea Rise group on Facebook suggest taking brake off the post mount to get slack in the cable. Then pushing the brake cable through the chain stay and disconnecting the cable guide from the frame and rear triangle. In order to reduce the chance of causing damage to...

    Orbea rise 2021 cracked frame.

The only potential explanation that I can offer is that Orbea US person handling warranty claims has a different criteria than the person handling the same for UK.

    Bearing service

Has anybody attempted to replace linkage bearings on their Rise? Are all bearings 2RU type? Are tools and technique for pulling/pushing back to back bearings (page 49, part 13.1) the same as for singles? What tool do you recommend for pulling and pushing ones that are part of the frame (page 49...

    Orbea rise 2021 cracked frame.

Three pieces of bad news: 1) A friend of mine had a break in exactly the same spot after owning the bike for 6 months. Bike is used for aggressive trail riding in SF Bay Area. No big rocks or jumps. This sounds like design weakness. 2) Dealer that sold us bikes inspected it and submitted...

Anybody had issues with broken upper bolt holding shock

I have seen some reports of upper (front) bolts holding shock snapping on Rise. Anybody had such bad luck? They are made of aluminum. Is there an alternative part made out of steal?

    Rise repeated broken spoke problem

Running stock Race Face Turbine R30 wheels. Weight 175 lbs, pretty light riding style, no big jumps or drops. So far broke 2 spokes in the rear. Never had problems with broken spokes before. Few of us that got Rise suffer from the same problem. Double butted spokes on R30 seem too flimsy for...
