cant you just use the shimano disc with the built in magnet?
Otherwise you can glue a magnet to another disc, the distance is important
if that is too far you will get Errors.

I have the park tool plastic levers they are great, other plastic levers tend to break the park tool
dont even bend that much. Metal levers are probably the best but plastic are safer for the rim.
I use one in the Winter season, its pretty solid not a lot of woggle even with heavy loads.
Can be used with Panniers but you need to buy the side frames extra and i would not buy the
Thule Panniers they have some issues.
