Just about to descend into Chop Gate from the Cock Howe boundary stones (in picture) on a sneaky, steep techy piece of natural singletrack. 2 fences to lift over. Best ridden on a quiet day to avoid ascending walkers! It was dusty, dry and fun!

The Castle Bolton loop section is going to be your best bet as it's 'mostly' access roads for the estate vehicles. The descent down to Castle Bolton is grassy but quite corrugated and will bounce your eyeballs out. The Grinton section has rocky sections and definitely requires experience of...
