I missed that info on my Orbea purchase, but just swapped the hoses over no big deal. I did have the chain retention device set up issue that took the paint off the rear swing arm. Again now that it’s had 18 months of use, it matches the other imperfections 😀

Try this guy (Nick). Same stuff as invisiframe, cuts his own and did my Wild Team, so will have the kit design for a large
You could drop an 11 speed on, and adjust upper limit screw to stop final change (Drop over the back of cassette). Worked ok until 3 cassettes arrived from Italy (took best part or three months!!)
Not sure where you live, but Shimano micro spline cassettes are like hens teeth and full rrp in the uk. So you would be looking at £150 ish minimum. I have nx on a trail bike, just a load of stamped steel sprockets and plastic spacers but works. My Shimano cassette on my Wild lasted 500 miles.
No, has them in a pulley system and drips oil and grit/sand mix on them ? if you look at the tables, he’s getting decent mileage out of them compared to real life. Chain wear is mainly down to riding conditions and a poor cleaning/maintenance regime. Chains that look clean on the plates are...
I also have a Ripmo with a basket case drivetrain. NX cassette, Xtr/Xt shifter and derailleur, XX1 crankset and ring, KMC chain. Shifts great, nice and smooth.
Do you have XT 12 speed crankset and chainring, that is allegedly where the issue lies. There’s loads of discussions on pink bike. My ebike is xt 12 speed with praxis arms and ring, and originally had a KMC ebike chain. This was swapped for SLX chain, but with a KMC quick link, something picked...
I killed a KMC 12 speed ebike chain in 350 miles. This poor wear rate is confirmed by Chain Testing - Zero Friction Cycling
Switched to 12 speed SLX as they were half the price. Not snapped so, happy days. Also research confirms high end SRAM are the longer lasting.

Perhaps one of these would work, if running a HG body?
You might struggle on a L Orbea, I’m 177cm on a large. The issue is the saddle height with the kinked seat tube, however the short cranks help. Try to test ride one.
