Ive had mine torque to 20nm on the 160 Carbon frame for 2 years now non issue, I went by the Bosch documentation from their service catalog.
And the plate screws if refiting them are 8nm.
My newly delivered heckler is on version 2, May 2023 build, have had 3 rides close to 100ks seems alittle louder like a grumbling most when I'm hiking it and the motors hot, I'll keep an eye on it, and if it needs to be replaced so be it, I guess that's what the warranty is for, hopefully...
think you've mixed that up with 12sec in overboost mode which is 450watts its always 60Nm, nominal power is 350watts all the time, until you hold the up, then get 450watts, would be nice to have 450watts all the time.
Do yourself a favour and pull those crap cheap bearings out while there new and replace them with proper Enduro bearings, trust me on that, then see the difference it's a huge difference mate.
Just finished servicing a mates mondraker dusk Rr today, same issue greased all the pivots etc, same issues, ended up being the dam motor bolts more so the top drive side had the creaking noise, so simple fix and sorted the issue.
Unfortunately the bearings that come with the cube emtbs are junk, I've just replaced every bearing and also did the headset from new due to crap bearings etc to cane creek and cups, all the pivot bearings were catcus mate rusted from new unbelievable mate.
At least now I know it's done right...
I tried a similar method with a Dyna bolt and PVC pipe over the bearing to no avail they seem tight asf in there if the Dyna bolt can't pull it out , I've ordered the tool from the UK should be here in Aus soon.
Appreciate the reply
Jeeezzz, I must be the only one that has had issues with this type of saddle, I recently purchased the 611 active in 14cm for my 11.5cm measurement, was running the white elastomer rated for my weight, saddle was installed at zero, on my dual suspension mtb, the first 10-15mins felt good with...
As stated they cannot be as their sperated by a lip between them, appreciate your input.
Yeah not sure if the frames are the same, they appear different, I definitely know you cant push these right through due to the lip seperator between the bearings which make it quite a headache.
All in my first post 😉, have so and has failed unfortunately, as stated the bearings are so bloody close there's no real gap behind as it appears there's a channel the separates both bearings also, so the gap is quite shallow which is why the blind puller isn't working.
It's an absolute ballach, I've spent 3 days on this pair of bearings lol, just can't get enough leverage on it to get it to move, hopefully once the tool from bearingprotools rocks up, rather than trying multiple times with a dyna bolt I've order then expanding 608 remover, see how that pans...
As there isn't much if any gap behind the bearing, the collect even after tightening as much as you can under force pulls out after a few pulls, I've even tried a wind out method however this yields the same result, I've also ordered another type of bearing extractor from bearingprotools for the...
