just to update all, i have received a spacer from Giant and reply from them.. see attached for more details.. havent test fit yet..

at first no red light fault.. just on and off.. then it got worse like constantly on off.. lastly red light.. it wont turn on again unless i remove the battery and put it back again.. then can last for few km before it off again.

my local dealer were very helpful and responsible although i adjust the lock myself..

try that.. maybe manufacture assembling issues.. as the lock adjustment is tighten by just screws without locktite.. maybe after a long run it will loosen up.

the battery seems insecure..

had same issue on mine.. the lock need to re adjust.. done that and good to go till date..

my E+2 come with tube installed but along with 3 bottle of sealant and tubeless valves.. all tubeless ready.. remove the tubes, put the sealant in, install the valve.. ready to roll..

thanks.. at first, i have problem during delatch.. have to pull hard to bring down the battery. i adjusted earlier.. now seems quite secure but have to try ride it to make sure the on off prob is gone..

anyone can tell me if your lock mechanism work as youtube link provided below? turn the key and the battery will drop down but still required to press the trigger to remove it.. before i make adjustment to the lock, the battery will stay at its position even i turn the key knob.
