I thought the same, so removed the battery and rode over some roots, same rattle. It’s not the battery, also the dealer put foam spray in the frame to check it was not cable rattle, still rattles. Only when riding and going over roots/trail chatter. So guess our Levo’s now sound like shimano...

Yes, your are correct, seams that's where my noise is coming from too. Not sure how they will fix this but better than not knowing where the noise is coming from. I believe a cable tie around the brake hose at chainstay will keep the brake host from wanting to move through the frame tubing when...

The local Specialized concept store I dropped my bike off with have been great, they called me a few times during the day to update me on the status and Specialized have also reached out. so far good service, they think the brake hose is causing the noise, lets hope so much easier fix i think...
