Yep, same fix as the assist cutting out. Try a factory reset. I also had to remove the bike from the app, and remove it from my Bluetooth settings before it would pair again.

Factory reset fixed it for me. Hold the power button on for 40 seconds until it says something about factory reset on the display.

Can’t fault their warranty, every time the bike has been back in my hands within days. It’s not a frequent occurrence, It’ll be 4 years this September since I bought the bike. I’m glad you can buy replacement belts and bearings etc now.
