Hi! Did you ever figure this out?

Has anyone tried to mullet a 2020 Meta Power 29? Would be great to hear any feedback or thoughts on the idea. I really like a mullet setup. Assume the H/A would change by about 1 degree depending on tyre choices etc. and BB would drop a little. Any real world experience would be great to hear.

It's the same amount the flipchip gives you. And pretty much for every 1cm of extra fork travel you get 0.5 degree head angle change (roughly) on the same brand/model fork. It ends up making quite a difference especially once you mullet the bike. Goes from 66 degress to almost 64.5

Maxxis sells their DHR II as a heavyweight downhill tyre. Not a lightweight tyre. I’ve dented rims with other tyres and the tyres were fine. Pinch flat and torn sidewall on the DHR II and my rim was absolutely fine. It wasn’t even such a big hit. Just a bit rowdy.

My 2C. Looks like you installed it upside down. You can fit it the other way around with the piggy back at the toptube side - that way it won't stick out and should fit inside the frame. Might not be able to use bottle cage. But this doesn't look ideal.
