You can get a replacement from eBay just put Bosch crank bolt in your search, lots on there.

The battery is adjustable take it out and there are various screws etc, you can make it firm in place but then it’s difficult to remove.

I’m afraid so, I had to do the same with my exposure light. The reason is different lights run on different amps and volts so the shop sets it to the correct output. It only takes 60 seconds.

White spirit works but it has to be left soaking for a while.

Totally agree but try booking in your bike for the software update in Cardiff. It’s just crazy !!!! Money for nothing and they don’t want it. I even offered my closest shop a additional £20 tip if they would do it so £60 in total, they said no sorry just to busy ?
