This happened to me, I thought it was the motor at first as the clicking was very loud. I stripped it carefully and put it back together but it came apart again within 100 miles so I stripped it again greased all up then opened up the circlip as wide as I could without damaging it. Put it back...
Mine started creaking after 50 miles or so, I stripped it down and the headset was dry, greased it put it back together and it’s been silent and working as it should, I’m now on 800ish miles.
Bought my cube AT from Joe at freeborn, fantastic service and shop. They just did a small warrantee claim for me 2 weeks ago they could not have been any more helpful or fast doing it. I highly recommend them.
Hi can anyone help,
I have snapped a spoke on my rear wheel of my cube 140 29r action team 2020. I can not work out where or how to get spare spokes I’m sure I could change it myself but ordering a spare is not easy as I can find out the size I need. ??♂️?
Many thanks
I know I had hassle getting a shop to do it for me, got told stuff like fully booked for months and sorry only if we sold you the bike etc. In the end I rang leisure lakes bikes and they said bring it in anytime it only takes a minute, and it did but I also got the software update done at the...

Protecting the battery
The battery is the most sensitive component of the eBike. It can lose capacity at low temperatures, which in turn can limit the bike's range. During winter use with temperatures below zero you are advised to remove the battery, store it at room...
yeah, I have no problem paying the money my point was that I really struggled to get anyone to do it. As everyone is so busy. Most shops not taking bookings at all.
Totally agree but try booking in your bike for the software update in Cardiff. It’s just crazy !!!! Money for nothing and they don’t want it. I even offered my closest shop a additional £20 tip if they would do it so £60 in total, they said no sorry just to busy ?
