As you have done this already a couple of questions if you don’t mind
what make of chainring would you recommend?
Is it just a case of swapping over or did you have to make any adjustments
My bike is due it’s service but LBS weren’t keen on doing this would there be any reason why...

I use my bike a lot to commute to work which is predominately flat so looking at improving my top end

What sort of top end speeds are you achieving and average speeds
I have changed the peramiters already and achieve an average speed of 22 mph on the flat.
