Guys new battery doesn't have full capacity at first. After around 20 cycles it will get much better, also like someone already wrote, 625 is strange, at first it looks like it will last forever (first dot on purion) after that it goes very fast down..

Hi, my brother bafang motor M500 with Panasonic battery loose power when battery is under 20 percent full. I have Bosch and I didn't notice that kind of a problem when my battery is under 20 percent. Is this normal?

Update to post, creaking is still present now and then, motor loose problems, which happens every couple of months. I drive bike back to the dealer, they solve the problem and we repeat process every couple of months. Sad..

It can also be metal plate mounted on motor, which is used then to mount the motor on frame. This is Bosch problem and needs motor replacement.

Not true you loose muscle on ebike True.. only pro can have more exercise and muscle from ebike then regular. Why? He just turn off the motor and never turn it on again.

I have it, my Strava results don't lie, basics are : drove 5 times more in same time window and much faster but much less effort. Lost fitness gain weight.. manual is much much harder
