2020 TranceE +1 Pro Lately my Ride App does not have any data on my completed trip. This after an update, a week or so ago. I can't figure out, if it is me or the update. Ideas?

My current battery, this past year, was approaching its limit at 25 miles. For the upcoming season I was researching getting the EnergyPak Smart 800. I was wondering if anyone could please comment on there experiences or dreams, on the battery upgrade.

I have had mine since last fall, love it. I got Cushcores in the tires. Rides great. No issues.
