I must have overtightened the rear through axle bolt. I can unscrew the bolt from the threaded insert (removed). But the axle refuses to budge. Has anyone had this issue? Do we know the specs for a replacement? I may have to cut it out.
I sent my complaints to customer services and then to Decathlon CEO, including photos of the damage, I got a partial refund very quickly.

Yes, mine was the same, the clip is quite loose. I used some wire locking (you could use thin wire, not electrical copper) around the fitting to keep the hooks in place. Then screw the whole piece back into the frame. Or you could glue it in with CA glue.
Has anyone managed to get the "Free" firmware update done for less than £25, that's what my local shop is charging. You would think they would try to win you over as a new customer at an acceptable price. That equates to £100 ph labour (15 min job). I cannot bring myself (tight arse) to pay that...
