2020 levo - one ride so far - and I noticed a clicking sound that started mid-way. When I got it home, it was pretty obvious. See video. how do I fix this or should I just take it back to the shop (yet again).

Update: Took it back on Saturday. The shop was very apologetic. They said the battery unit was completely non-functioning to their surprise. They replaced it with a new battery and it's good to good. Off to ride it this morning!
