Best thing to do is to connect Mission Control to the bike and find out what the error code is under the diagnose tab. Could be multiple things without knowing more details.

Make sure you don't take out too much pressure. I did this recently after adding a token and was sitting in the mid-stroke of the travel. Strangely enough I had to add 5psi to make it plush again.
