Any idea what store and is it the case of a new motor or do they fix the belt

I was riding my specialised levo turbo 2019 model when the pedal assist stopped working and the motor sounded like it was spinning when I peddled like it’s not connected inside just woundering if anyone knows what’s happened thanks
