I have a small fan heater pointed at the bike when i charge it below freezing, and put the heater fan on 30mins before taking the bike out for ride, the battery takes 30secs to remove, 1 bolt.

Have you checked your tunning settings in the app?

I dont have the bike anymore. It did big XC loops, Bikepark, long climbs etc, by the time you get on the bike you loose 10mm+ from your weight

Just makes it a bit slacker, i had 170mm on my 2018 model and had no issues, coil or air is up to you depending on what you are riding. Coil will always feel better but adds a little weight

Take out the TCU look inside and see if the connections are tapping on the frame, i put bubble wrap in there and now its not making any noise.
