I am planning along with a few mates to travel the length of Wales from south to north and back with either just back packs or a bob ibex to carry the bits and bobs needed to keep warm even in the summer. By the way in Wales summer is on a Tuesday this year after 2pm LOL.

Glad you got a good deal with the bike. The winds here in winter where the photos were taken 600 metres above sea levell can be up to 100 mile gusts so its a bit treeless. There would have been far more large broad leaf trees couple of hundred years ago but they were felled for ship construction.
