Had the same issue . Had to take out the battery and reset the BMS which in turn let me charge the battery fully. Might not be your charger hope this helps.

I have checked the linkage and fortunately the 8mm dia hole is concentric and has no wear . The bushing in the top of the shock and spacers are also not affected so the replacement bolt should cure the issue. However.... Whitwell Bikes (Rutland Cycles) have not been very helpful. They quoted me...

Hi all, new on here, Can anyone advise me on whether Hope do a crank set (arms) for my Focus Sam2 ? Looking for 155mm length rather than the standard 165mm length. Are all crank arms that fit the shimano steps 8000 standard fitment? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Jason.
