Are these crazy lead times for 9.8/MX/LX builds? I see the odd 8 on shop floors, but how about 9.7's?

Thanks guys. Question, there's a lot of Rail+ 5's and 8's on the shop floor at under 4K€ and 4,5K€ respectively around here. Has anyone managed to get a smoking quote on a 9.7? Just thinking if they're already offloading the current gen bikes.

I'm considering the Gen 5 Rail as my first EMTB if I decide to go the full-power route. What perplexes me a bit is that given that it's the premier EMTB of one of the biggest names in the biz, there seems to be quite little buzz about it. Pinkbike did not review it and the reviews that are out...

Thanks, I think I'll just have to wait and see. IIRC the Fat Freddie is actually a fair bit bigger than a Wrathchild. If nothing else, then I can do a 27.5f/29r reverse mullet, now how cool would that be!

I'm seriously considering a 8 or a 9.7 to replace my 2018 Fuel EX. Maybe a bit odd question, but what does the rear tire clearance look like, especially width wise? I have a set of 27.5+ wheels with 27.5x3.0 spike tires (Suomi Tyres Fat Freddie), which are about as tall as a 29x2.4 but obviously...
