Yep same thing. Just sitting on the bottom out bumper. Between the tokens, HBO and bumper a lot of force needed to get full travel!

Go ahead and try! I didn't bounce on it hard with the air out just compressed with my hand. I think I was just at the just the end part of the stroke where the bottom out bumper starts and didn't put enough force to push through it to have the O ring reach full travel / end of stroke.

Yeah I thought more and think it's a combination of the stiff ~4mm bottom out bumper and some HBO working in the last 20% of travel. Im sure if I hucked to flat with low psi I could get full travel. Been riding hard and still have about 5mm unused travel consistently, though on trails with no...

Obviously there is still some hydraulic bottom out working saying running fully open HBO. Still would think you would see full travel happening at full bottom out. Let all your air out compress your linkage fully and let me know!

Rebound knob is off and running no HBO. Bike is progressive enough as is. It's almost like there might be a travel reducer in the shock? Have you checked this on yours?

When I take all the air out of the shock and compress the linkage fully there's about 10mm of unused travel in LT and about 5mm in ST. Can someone confirm this is the same on their bike too? Or explain why this would be? What am I missing?

I'm 30k' descent in and feel like the motor is getting slightly more rattle. anyone else experiencing this too? may just be expected as things wear in and initial tolerances decrease.

Did 19mi/4k' in 1hr48m yesterday. At 190lbs with stock motor settings and 10% eco / 90% auto was left with 12% left on 600wh battery. Stock settings are pretty high torque/power so could def get 5-6k'+ with some motor detuning Pretty good if you ask me!

170...figured I'd try 170/161 until next lowers service and can bump travel then

It just pulls off. It's a removable 3mm hex key knob you can use to adjust HBO and HSC. To adjust rebound you have to take the loam cover off and use a long 3mm hex to click thru rebound settings. You can't reinstall the knob once the shock is reinstalled, no clearance to get it back on as it...

Reminder to all to remove the rebound knob from vivid airs (and coil maybe?) if you're running ST flip chip position. Will definitely contact the shock tunnel when suspension cycles thru travel. Ask me how I know...
