In NZ there is no legal limit to the max speed for ebike assistance. Before the update this field in the app was blank but from riding the bike I'd estimate cut off was about the same, 45-47kph. I believe the only legal cap is power related, being no more than a constant 300W

Hi all. I have 2023 Scott Solace eRide 20 and just updated it to the latest firmware via the Service Dongle/ Dealer Service Tool. Curiously, before the update, when connecting via the phone app, the max watts available were 300W. Now after the update, the max is only 255W. Anyone else seen this?

Robby! You legend! I followed this thread, sighed up as a 'dealer', bought a Service Dongle .... and then tore my hair out. Tried for an hour to get the service dongle to make a connection to the bike, to no avail .... until I saw your post. Drivers installed, problem solved ... bike now...
