Ebike Doctor's website just updated with: 2026 May 4. flow app and eBike POWER update is safe to use maybe wait for him to provide more info here as well?

I also recommended him to a friend, not on here, who had had his bike done and is very pleased as well.

I bought the 145mm Pinnd Bosch / ISIS E-Bike Cranks for my Gen4 - Pinnd and they fit without any issues. They seem to do specific motor variants. Maybe your ones aren't designed for the Bosch Gen4 ?

As a follow up in case anyone else wants to know. Pivot confirmed that it is just the two screws which need removing and then the plate should swing down. But, they did say it's firmly in there so may need some gentle coxing and the use of a plastic tyre lever maybe needed. I tried this but...
