Well, I think that's it for me...

nah it's really not, M2S is at least a 1300W continuous power motor (with the 700W battery for sure) adding 'nominal' doesn't change that reality...

Well, I think that's it for me...

that bit in the top corner - does that say over 750W is a motorcycle? I can't tell because it's been cropped... if I'm reading the words correctly, wouldn't that mean Avinox 1500W e-bikes are non compliant?

Well, I think that's it for me...

I've been in plenty of these threads and I've seen the rather exciteable defence of 1500W motors the basic point is constantly ignored and taken as a personal attack it's unfortunate, but not surprising we've got to this point... Well, I think that's it for me...

I am starting to see a trend with people who are vehemently pro 1500W eMtb's, they seem to be psychic - they know what other people are thinking - spooky. They also appear to insult people left right and centre whilst simultaneously being the victim...

Well, I think that's it for me...

that's because there is zero correlation. both sides of the argument fear draconian legislation, the rest is tribalism.

Well, I think that's it for me...

I think you've completely missed the point - whilst high-lighting one source of the animosity People are concerned that legislation in Europe will change for the worse because Avinox (in particular) are stretching the definition of rated to '250W continuous' they DON'T want eMtb's banned - they...

Any advice on new tyres for Riverside 700 gravel bike??

I'd be going for the rock out of the tyres in your pic plenty of lumps in the middle for low rolling resistance, but decent knobbles on the corners too. I just checked the bike online I hope you haven't been tumble drying it! check these guys for cheap tyres - might be something that catches...
